Payments
Sawerly.com accepts a variety of secure and trusted payment methods that vary depending on the country. The standard available methods for orders on Sawerly.com are Mastercard, Visa, for online payments and Bank Transfers as offline payments. Customers are required to deposit the full amount of the photo shoot offer in an escrow account in Sawerly. The amount is recorded under the customer’s account and will not be transferred to the photographer without the customer’s approval or knowledge.

Credit Cards
Sawerly.com accepts Visa and MasterCard. You can safely enter your entire card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. Sawerly uses Payfort as its payment processing solution to guarantee the best and safest service. For credit cards denominated in a supported currency other than your local currency, your bank or credit card company may charge foreign conversion fees.

We request from our customers to fill up the bank transfer form in the mobile application after doing a bank transfer to help speed up the confirmation process. However, due to the nature of bank transfers in Saudi Arabia, payment confirmation on the account might take up to 48 hours. Sawerly does not take responsibility of any bank transfer fees
PayPal
Sawerly.com allows customers to use Paypal as a payment method, however, due to the currency restrictions of Paypal, your amount will be converted to US Dollars and be processed as so. Sawerly.com does not take any responsibility for currency exchange fees. All paypal transactions need to be dealt with through email, as our current application doesn't offer it.
Withdrawing Funds
Once a photoshoot is completed, the client is asked to close the photoshoot and rate the photographers. One we received the closure request, we transfer the full amount to the photographers' bank account ( that is registered in Sawerly) minus Sawerly's commission.
Bank Transfers
Photographers that would like to have their money transferred to their personal account, they will have to enter the following information in their account in Sawerly
- Bank Name
- Name on the account
- IBAN
- Account number
Bank transfer requests could take up to 48 hours. Any missing information could cause a delay in the transfer.
International Bank Transfers
International transfers are all transfers received from our customers from outside of Saudi Arabia and all transfers made by Sawerly to photographers outside of Saudi Arabia and are carried out according to the following requirements:
1- Sawerly shall bear the cost of the international transfer fee if the request of the photo-shoot request is less than 500 riyals. If the amount is more than 500 riyals, the international transfer fees will be deducted from the amount that is due to the photographer regardless of his/her bank account
2- Photographers who require an international transfer need to submit this request form. These are additional questions needed by the bank to execute any international transfers. Form must be completed before the closure of the photoshoot

3- The photographer has to inform Sawerly by email of the receipt of the transfer in a period not exceeding 1 week of the transfer receipt. Sawerly shall not bear any costs due to delays caused by the bank in regards to international bank transfers.
Refunds
In a case where a customer decides not to go through with the booked offer of a photographer, the customer can cancel the booking with 100% refund (excluding the service fee) if it was cancelled a week before the photo shoot date or if the photo shoot did not require the photographer to purchase additional equipment for the shoot. However, if any of the two conditions were not met, then the support team at Sawerly will review the shoot details and decide on the percentage of the refund available for the customer.
